Deposits and Down Payments: Deposits or down payments made to initiate a project are non-refundable, as they secure the client’s place in our project queue and cover initial planning and preparation.

Completed Services: Refunds will not be issued once services have been completed and delivered to the client’s satisfaction.

Refund Process:

Refund Requests: Clients must submit a written request for a refund, detailing the reason for the request and providing relevant documentation, if applicable.

Evaluation: Each refund request will undergo a case-by-case evaluation by our management team to determine eligibility.

Material Breach: If a client breaches the terms of the service agreement or fails to cooperate with Digital Boost Agency, no refund will be issued.
